Mahvash (Marsha) Schneider is the founder and principal of RTS Real Estate Services. She directs overall strategy, oversees day-to-day operations, and manages the everyday details of all client projects.She obtained her Texas real estate license in 1984 and has since been engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate from rehabilitation of commercial properties to leasing, acquisition and disposition, property management and the construction of tenant improvements. In 1990, she obtained her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, and in 2010, her Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s license. In 2001, Mahvash (Marsha) Schneider decided to use her eighteen years of commercial real estate experience to form her own company, RTS, and focus on tenant representation for commercial real estate, specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
RTS client services range from individually-owned small businesses to large corporate relationships. Because every project is approached with the client’s goal in mind, RTS understands each client’s concept and how it translates into site specification, operation, construction, and economic needs and goals.
